While we assure that every effort will be made to provide meticulous care and attention to all animals under our supervision, it is imperative to acknowledge that owners entrust their pets at their own discretion.

In the event of a veterinarian intervention or visit during the pet's stay with us, it is the responsibility of the owner to cover all associated veterinary expenses. Our commitment is to promptly communicate with the owner to adhere to their instructions. In cases where the owner cannot be reached, we will consult with the veterinarian to determine and implement the best possible care for the animal at that time. However, it is crucial to emphasise that all resulting veterinary costs remain the financial responsibility of the owner.

Please be informed that Willington Pet Services will not assume liability for any veterinary costs incurred during the pet's stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the well-being of your cherished companions.

We reserve the right to terminate a dog boarding appointment if the dog is causing danger to themselves or third parties in our home, this is also applied if we are outdoors and walking them with a lead. As well as any damage or destruction to our home this statement applies. 

Deposits are Non Refundable or Transferable, once paying a deposit you are argeeing to our terms and conditions regrding deposits.
